Enrollment and refund terms

What you are buying
A one-time purchase provides 12 months of online access from confirmed payment, with no automatic renewal. Single Module is $39 for one named learner and one selected paid module; Module 1 remains free. Self-Paced Leader is $199 for the first 25 paid individual enrollments, then $299. Manager Toolkit is $499 for one learner with facilitator materials. Company Team is $1,295 for five named Manager Toolkit learner seats. Applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment.
All ten modules are produced. A full-course learner can study them at their own pace. A single-module purchase grants that module plus the free first module; it does not grant the complete course. One person uses each learner account.
Single-module upgrade credit
You may make up to three single-module purchases. When the same account upgrades to Self-Paced Leader, eligible amounts paid for its single modules are credited toward the course price, including the available founding offer. Credit is shown before checkout, applies once, excludes tax and cannot be paid out as cash. Refunded purchases are ineligible. If a credited payment is later fully refunded or disputed, the related upgrade needs review before course access can continue. Use the same verified course account for purchases and learning.
Company seats and reporting
The purchaser assigns five named email addresses from My enrollment. Each participant signs in with that exact verified email and accepts the seat. The purchaser sends the sign-in link themselves; assigning an address does not send email. Unaccepted seats can be corrected. Contact Ascent to correct an already accepted seat. All seats share the purchase’s original 12-month term, including seats accepted later.
Accepting a company seat shares course-completion counts, quiz-pass counts and certificate status with its purchaser. Practice answers, notes and project contents are not included. A team purchaser can view facilitator materials and team progress without occupying a learner seat; studying the course requires one of the five named seats.
Learning and certificates
Complete your own learning, quizzes and assignments. Each module has three chapters with written equivalents, guided practice, a three-question quiz and a workbook unlocked at 3/3. Quizzes allow retries. A module certificate requires that module’s lesson, quiz and assignment. The full-course certificate requires all ten modules and assignments, 3/3 on each module quiz, at least 4/5 on the final scenario check, project self-review and a recorded 30-day plan.
Authorized workplace practice or a clearly labeled simulation is acceptable. No presentation, upload review, instructor grading or instructor meeting is required. Certificates record activities and knowledge checks; they are not accredited qualifications or independent assessments of workplace competence. The course does not guarantee a promotion, business result or target achievement.
Refunds
Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing Ascent at info@ascentbusinesssolutions.org from the purchasing account. Include the order reference from My enrollment. Refunds return to the original payment method. A full refund ends the related paid course and team-seat access; your saved learning records remain attached to your account. Partial refunds do not automatically cancel the remaining enrollment.
Support, privacy and responsible use
Email Ascent for access, order, team-seat, refund or data questions. Keep confidential employee, customer and business details out of saved responses. Course access does not authorize personnel decisions or changes to your organization’s policies. Use generic roles or fictional cases when sharing an example. Do not share account passwords or redistribute licensed course materials outside your enrolled learners.
